I have actually quit smoking 4/5 months ago after 13 years of habit; I went cold turkey and I can say that it is actually not so hard... It just feels like a diet: There is something you want, it is not good for you, it does nothing in the immediate future but and there is no immediate gain in not doing it.... Well, healthy life is just plain boring...
